Dear friends
This is not an event nor an invitation to a photo exhibition, it's an open-end campaign and an invitation for a good cause...and I'm happy to invite you all to participate if interested on the occasion of my birthday.
This is a portraiture series I did 2 years ago, of the Albinos, these people with pallid appearance, but ardent hue inside. Albinism is a congenital disorder characterized by the complete or partial absence of pigment in the skin, therefore they become more susceptible to sunburn and skin cancers so they must not be exposed under the sun for a long time. Albinism affects one in 20,000 people worldwide, but in Tanzania the prevalence appears to be much higher. All I can say is that they are such Amazing people and I'm so honored to have been allowed into their warm circle as an Iranian who has never set foot into this amazing country 'Tanzania' and the continent Africa ever in his life...after learning about their condition I felt the urge to get to know them more in close contact to listen to them, to their stories and all, and to photograph them And was so lucky to be looked upon as a privy to their personal lives. I had no purpose in the beginning but then the idea came to me to make a serious photo series from their early childhood to adulthood and try to show the challenges they go through living under the shade through out most of their lives. So I began to visit a family Every week Unfortunately I was with a film camera and in shortage of film so I had to leave after a few weeks but I had in mind that I will travel back with a digital camera soon...so I did, but along the way all my digital equipment got stolen and I had to return back to Iran sad and broken, all that remained were the good memories and instilled moments of the people and places I've captured along...
I decided to put together this work into a book to not only share the moments with the world...but to also create a cause, I'm asking everyone to kindly donate only 13$ to UTSS Education scholarship fund (ESF) which offers education grants to keen and dedicated students with albinism or to buy my ebook, 100% of the total mark up will go straight to this organization. The Printed book came out a bit pricey but I am hoping those who can't afford it can buy an ebook which only costs 13$, would still be much of a help ...this would also be a birthday gift for me as well would make me so happy and keep me inspired.
Please share with friends...
Thank you all for your support!

Once in my childhood I had seen a panther in the zoological Gardens that had struck my imagination and long occupied my thoughts. He was not like the other animals , who stupidly slept, or viciously gazed at the visitors . He walked about in a straight line from corner to corner of his cage with mathematical precision, each time turning at the same place , each time rubbing against the same bar of his cage with his golden fur. his sharp, rapacious head was bent down, his eyes looking straight before him,and not once did he turn aside. all day long people
crowded before his cage ; they talked and made a noise, but he continued
